Job Description

Journeyman Electrician¬  certification required for the State of Oregon

PLC- programing of systems required

Ability to work with high voltage electrical in a manufacturing setting - preferrably in a Paper Mill or similar industry

Current understanding of regulations and process as it relates to maintaining controls and motors for the site

Partnership and teamwork with operations and fellow Journeyman mechanics

Job Responsibilities

  • Service the site as it relates to PLC and Electrical needs as related to Journeyman status

  • Stay current with PLC and technoloy to support the facility

  • Be able to work shift work and support operational needs - PM's and day to day service to keep machines up time


High School degree our GED

Journeyman Electrician and certified in the State of Oregon

5-7 years of manufacturing experience in a Paper Mill or similar environment

Ability to work shift rotation to support operations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
