What You?ll Do
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be the expert in planning, leading, and controlling the site operations as established in procedures and guidelines set by the company in the areas of Zero Harm, people, equipment, material, cost performance, asset utilization, customer product, and service delivery. You will be part of a dynamic team who is committed to achieving Zero Harm and Operational Excellence through focused management and measured performance utilizing the BEx tools to realize these outcomes.
Other duties will include:
+ Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards, and site security program.
+ Accountable for site operations; including, HSE, supply, cost and people
+ Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety systems
+ Aggressively lead health, safety, and environmental protection initiatives and the drive toward a zero-harm culture. Key activities include:
+ Proactive, passionate and visible leadership.
+ Maintain compliance with the IPL HSE management and information systems.
+ Maintain Risk Matrix for the site.
+ Process Safety Management and RMP effectiveness.
+ Near miss, Incident and injury investigations to ensure the learnings are captured.
+ Auditing and corrective actions.
+ Root cause analysis.
+ Effective contractor safety management.
+ Ensure world class online time for the St Helens Ammonia and Urea plants. Key activities include:
+ Targeted investment in Capex and maintenance based on operational risk priorities.
+ Downtime analysis and maintenance systems.
+ Plant and equipment inspections.
+ Asset management.
+ Strict operating discipline in accordance with standard operating procedures.
+ Ensure the plant continually meets the requirements of the S&OP process and is cost competitive. Key activities would include:
+ Plant performance reviews.
+ Capacity planning.
+ Optimization of assets.
+ Uptime and efficiencies analysis.
+ Fixed Cost review.
+ S & OP participation
+ Inventory management.
+ Continuous improvements through standardization of work practices, identification of problems and problem-solving by all levels in the organization and focused improvement through process engineering efforts.
+ Trained and motivated plant employees available to implement facility plans. Key activities to ensure employee development include:
+ Strong and effective Leadership.
+ Engagement of employees at all levels to work in a team environment to continuously improve plant performance
+ Talent reviews.
+ Succession planning & staff selection.
+ Performance management of all operating personnel.
+ Organizational development.
+ Staff training & development.
+ Perform preventive maintenance in all categories of Electrical to keep all production lines running efficiently and maintain a safe work environment.
+ Must respond to an on-call pager once every 3-4 weeks to cover a 24/7 manufacturing schedule.
What We?re Looking For:
+ B.S. in Engineering with a preference in Chemical Engineering and a background in heavy industrial manufacturing.
+ 15+ years? working experience with progressively increasing professional or technical responsibility, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a relevant industry.
_Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:_
+ People management skills including leadership, performance management, and coaching
+ Experience with safety, environment, quality, maintenance, and training systems.
+ Experience within a PSM environment
+ Computer literacy
+ Experience with Regulatory Government and local community agencies.
+ Strong understanding and acceptance of responsibility for compliance with relevant OSHA, ATF, DOT and EPA and local regulations.
+ Positive attitude,friendly demeanor, and a team player.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
