Duties
Provide excellent customer service.
P
rovide coverage for multiple properties as well as coverage for vacation or sick days during regular office hours.
Answer phones.
Rent units. Fill out lease and explain company policies and procedures, take payment, and issue a customer receipt.
All duties are clerical.
Log all hours on time sheets and email to supervisors.
Any maintenance or other items not listed above that arise, relief managers are to call the main office and they will direct the problem to the appropriate person.
Reports to: Area Supervisor
Schedule: will vary and is considered on-call
Light Maintenance; sweeping empty units, changing light bulbs, pulling weeds

Regularly walk property
Sitting in a chair for office/computer works
Must be able to complete a face-to-face interview
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma
General Office and Sales skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
