DUTIES:Plan, organize, participate and
supervise the facilities maintenance division overseeing all County
facilities.
TO QUALIFY: Bachelor's degree in
business, public administration, economics, construction and
building management, engineering or closely related field. Six
years' experience in general areas of responsibilities, including
supervisory duties, with at least three years' experience in
facilities and capital project management. Additional experience
may substitute for education. Any satisfactory combination of
experience and training which, in the County's opinion,
demonstrates the ability to perform the above duties may be
acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
