The ideal candidate will have some customer service/phone experience, as well as excellent computer and typing skills.
This position is entry level and will include answering phones and interfacing with our clients, other attorney offices, and vendors.
It will also include downloading and naming records and documents in our electronic system and setting up the new cases.
This position will train to calendar and schedule for multiple legal meetings, depositions and settlement proceedings.
Helpful skills include:
Calendaring with knowledge of civil timeline deadlines (i.
e.
discovery, motion dates, depositions) Drafting correspondences Using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Apps We offer competitive pay based on experience.
This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
