The ideal candidate would have front office experience, be looking for part time work, be a self-starter, interested in the natural-health space, have good boundaries, and have excellent communication skills.
Requirement Previous office/clerical experience preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients and employer.
Strong customer service skills plus the drive to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer competency and experience using medical software preferred.
HIPPA trained or willing to perform HIPPA training.
Friendly, responsible, professional demeanor.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Job description Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments in the electronic health system Collect payments for services, lab fees, supplement sales, etc.
Obtain and update insurance information for patients Upload documents to patient charts Maintain inventory of supplements Assist the physician/owner as requested Data entry, copying, scanning and filing Check for missing labs and/or insurance for upcoming appointments Retrieve and release medical records Pay range dependent upon experience Job Type:
