We are seeking a Case Management Coordinator (Office Specialist 2) to join our St.
Helens team.

What you need to qualifyTwo years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; ORAn Associate degree in any field; ORAn Equivalent combination of education and experience.

As a Case Management Coordinator, you will:
Provide clerical support to field staff, foster parents, providers, the public and agency staff in relation to Child Welfare cases at the branch level.
Complete data entry and copying/scanning of documents.
Collect, copy, distribute and track documents/information to be disclosed upon request or as part of discovery in court related matters.
Redact confidential information on documents.
Open, transfer and close cases for assigned Child Welfare unit.
Ensure all required paperwork for case files are completed in a timely manner when a new case is opened or at the point of transfer, either in or out of the unit.

You will occasionally drive state vehicles to the motor pool.
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
Travel may be required to meet the business or operational needs and/or employee training.
Occasional evening hours may be required dependent on business needs.
You may interact with a wide range of people including some who have experienced trauma, exhibit challenges in controlling their anger, or other unexpected emotions impacted by drug use, cognitive impairments, or other factors.
