Responsibilities:
Oversee collision repair operations, including workflow, scheduling and inventory Hire, train, and supervise technicians and support staff Maintain high-quality repair work and customer relations Work with insurance companies and other stakeholders Monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Ideally 5
